USAID Courtesy Visit

Courtesy visit of USAID Catholic Relief Services composed of Mr. Alan Luis Silayon, Chief of Party, Engr. Legazpi City Arbor Day

Last February 14, 2023, the City Government of Legazpi thru the Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources (OCENR), organized a tree planting activity dubbed as “17th Alay Lakad Tanim Kahoy Para Sa Puso”. Brigada Eskwela

LCWD donated several items such as trash cans, pail, cleaning materials, face masks, and alcohol that were used for the Brigada Eskwela, an activity organized by DepEd with the collaboration of parents, teachers, local governments and the entire community that starts before the school year. SLTCFI Tree Planting Activity

Last October 25, 2022, a a tree planting activity was organized by Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation, Inc.’s National Service Training Program (NSTP) at Homapon High School. The LCWD gladly took part in the activity and joined the students in their efforts to promote sustainability and have an eco-friendly community.

Anniversary and Year-end Outreach Programs

As part of LCWD’s corporate social responsibility, we conducted two (2) outreach programs last September and December 2022.and barangays Maslog and Banquerohan for our Year-end Outreach Program. The Anniversary Outreach Program we have chosen the eco-aides of barangays Sabang, Pigcale, Dap-dap, Victory Village North and Victory Village South as beneficiaries.
