INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SALE OF UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTIES AND WASTE MATERIALS (RE-BID) “AS IS WHERE IS”

The Legazpi City Water District (LCWD) will conduct public bidding for the sale of the following scrap and junk items:

All SEALED BIDS must be submitted with the following:

1. Bid Security in the form of Cash or Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check equivalent to the above schedule.
2. Valid and current Registration Certificate from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI); and
3. One (1) copy of any valid identification card like Driver’s License, Tax Identification Card, Postal ID, SSS ID, and Passport.

d) Opening of Sealed “Bid Forms / Offer to Buy”	April 29, 2024, 1:00 P.M. (LCWD Admin. Services Department Time)

Interested Parties who wish to participate in the public bidding may secure the complete list of the items for bidding (“Summary of Unserviceable Properties and Waste Materials”), Bid Form/ Offer to Buy and the Instruction to Bidders from the DAC Secretariat, General Services Division Office, Legazpi City Water District, Bitano, Legazpi City upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P1,000.00. Prospective bidders must be registered with the DTI.

Prospective bidders may inspect the listed items at the LCWD Warehouse before entering their bids. The award in favor of the winning bidder shall be subject to the approval of the LCWD approving authorities.

LCWD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS OR NOT TO AWARD THE CONTRACT, TO WAIVE ANY FORMALITY THERETO, AND TO MAKE AN AWARD TO THE BIDDER WHOSE BID IS DEEMED MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT. THE DECISION OF THE LCWD SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING.
