Billing

The schedule for reading and billing shall be carried out within nine (9) calendar days every month and a Statement of Account is provided immediately to the consumers after reading the water meter.  (Ang iskedyul para sa pagbabasa ng metro ay isasagawa sa loob ng siyam (9) na araw sa bawat buwan at ang Statement of Account ay ibibigay sa mga konsyumer pagkatapos basahin ang metro ng tubig.)

Penalty Charge

If no payment is made after the due date, a 10% penalty shall be imposed by LCWD to the current bill and if the consumer has arrears or other charges, an additional 2% surcharge shall be imposed to said arrears and other charges. (Kung hindi nakapagbayad pagkatapos ng takdang petsa, 10% na multa ang ipapataw ng LCWD sa kasalukuyang bayarin at kung ang konsyumer ay may arrears o other charges, mayroong karagdagang 2% surcharge na ipapataw sa mga arrear o other charges.)

Due Date

The due date shall be set fifteen (15) days from the date of reading and shall be automatically adjusted to the next working day if it falls on a non-working day or holiday. (Ang takdang petsa ay labinlimang (15) araw mula sa petsa ng pagbabasa ng metro. Kung sakali mang ito ay pumatak sa araw na walang pasok o holiday, ang nakatakdang petsa ay sa susunod na araw ng trabaho.)

Note: Consumers may still pay through LCWD’s collection partners even after the due date, provided that they pay the “amount after due date” as indicated in their Statement of Account. (Maaari pa ring magbayad sa iba’t-ibang koleksyon partners ng LCWD kahit nakalampas na sa takdang petsa, sa kondisyon na babayaran ang “amount after due date” na nakasaad sa statement of account.)

Notice of Disconnection

A Notice of Disconnection will be sent one (1) day after the due date if two (2) or more bills are not settled. (Ang Notice of Disconnection ay ipapadala isang (1) araw makalipas ang takdang petsa kung dalawa (2) o mahigit pang bills ang hindi nabayaran.)

Note: Consumers with Notice of Disconnection are advised to pay directly at LCWD’s office to avoid disconnection. (Inaabisuhan ang mga konsyumer na may Notice of Disconnection na magbayad sa opisina mismo ng LCWD upang maiwasan ang diskoneksyon.)

Posting of Payments

Payments made directly through LCWD’s office are immediately posted upon receipt. In contrast, payments made through LCWD’s collection partners, irrespective of whether the transaction occurs on a weekday, weekend, or holiday, are processed on the next working day. (Agarang naipo-post ang pagbayad kung ito ay ginawa nang direkta sa opisina ng LCWD. Kung ang konsyumer naman ay nagbayad sa mga koleksyon partner ng LCWD sa isang araw ng linggo, katapusan ng linggo, o holiday, ito ay maipo-post sa susunod na araw ng trabaho.)
