PAWD’s 48th Anniversary Kick-off Project
The Philippine Association of Water District’s (PAWD) celebrated its 48th Anniversary last August 31, 2022 with the theme “PAWD @48: Embracing the Challenges for a Better Environment in the New Normal”.
As part of their celebration, they have invited several water districts all over the country to participate in their kick-off project and synchronously carried out activities that are beneficial to the environment. This also aimed to create awareness in protecting our natural resources.
The LCWD took part by planting 60 indigenous and fruit bearing trees like Narra, Santol and Baligang at Brgy. Cagbacong.
