This is to inform the public that the Legazpi City Water District is employing Negotiated Procurement-Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) as the alternative method of the procurement for the procurement at hand with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php364,000.00 as approved per BAC Resolution No. 091 s. 2020 dated June 4, 2020.
